Fantasy Hockey is unique, finding players who can contribute in all categories is rare. Usually, players who score a lot of goals don’t often take many penalties and sometimes post weak plus/minus ratings. It isn’t often you find a player who pads the stat line across all Fantasy Hockey categories.

Here are your Stat Fillers for the past seven days.

LW Matt Moulson, New York Islanders: Even though he was back with the top line on Tuesday night, Moulson has done his damage on the power play. Five of his six points have come with the Man Advantage. Three goals, three helpers and 10 shots on goal have Moulson as the highest rated Roto player in Standard Yahoo leagues for the past week.

LW Gabriel Landeskog, Colorado Avalanche: When there are no zeros across your stat line, you’ve had a solid Fantasy week. The Avalanche Captain scored three times, posted a plus two ratings, took a minor penalty and added an assist and a power play point. His eight shots are low, but let’s not get too picky.

LW Chris Kunitz, Pittsburgh Penguins: Balance is a beautiful thing in Fantasy Hockey. Kunitz does it all and showed it this week. A pair of goals and helpers, a minor penalty and a plus four rating to go along with his 10 shots and power play point. Playing with Sidney Crosby helps.

LW Evander Kane, Winnipeg Jets: The burner fired 20 shots on net this week, which is enough to be the catalyst to winning a weekly category. He also scored twice and had two minor penalties. The assist and plus two rating are great, but going forward the Jets’ power play will need to improve, as Kane didn’t have a power play point this week.

LW/RW Lee Stempniak, Calgary Flames: The bubble might burst in Calgary, but for the time being Stempniak is producing. He scored twice, had two helpers, put 11 shots on net and had six penalty minutes. His lone power play point and negative one plus minus kept him from the top of the rankings.

RW Corey Perry, Anaheim Ducks: You know what you’re getting with Perry. He contributes in all categories, proven by his 10 penalty minutes over the past seven days. When you add in a couple goals, an assist and 17 shots on goal, you have yourself a category filler who you can build your team around.

RW Kyle Okposo, New York Islanders: Six points in any given week is excellent output, but with three on the power play and a minor penalty the stat line is filled. Okposo only lacked a plus rating, as he finished the week even, obviously a few more than five shots would have been nice too.

C/RW Joe Pavelski, San Jose Sharks: While everyone else is making headlines, it is Pavelski who is the Shark producing Fantasy numbers. Withthree power play points among his two goals and three assists, eight shots and a minor penalty, Pavelski’s negative rating for the week isn’t a trend that will continue.

C Mike Ribeiro, Phoenix Coyotes: The four goals and plus four rating are great, as Ribeiro in the lone dog with more than three goals over the past week. The minor penalty is a bonus, especially from Ribeiro. What stands out though, is that the power play specialist registered all his points at Even Strength.

C Ryan Getzlaf, Anaheim Ducks: Another full stat line over the past week, has Getzlaf entrenched among the elite Fantasy options. He posted four helpers to go along with his goal, plus one rating and nine shots. He took a minor penalty and registered two power play points. This is what you can expect going forward from Getzlaf.

C Brandon Dubinsky, Columbus Blue Jackets: The number one center over the past week, Dubinsky put 14 shots on net and spent 15 minutes in the penalty box. He finished with a single goal, assist, Power play point and a plus one rating. Dubinsky isn’t a lock for that many penalty minutes weekly, but he is a category killer.

C Tomas Plekanec. Montreal Canadiens: Plekanec has turned on the burners over the past week, scoring three goals on 14 shots. He didn’t spend any time in the penalty box, but filled the rest of his stat line with an assist, power play point and a plus one rating.

C Frans Nielsen, New York Islanders: Readily available in a lot of leagues, Nielsen is putting it all together thus far. In the past seven days the Islanders pivot has three power play points among his pair of goals and assists, a plus one rating and six shots. Nielsen even added a minor penalty to his line.

D Kevin Bieksa, Vancouver Canucks: The blanks in the goals and power play points categories are obviously not ideal, but that plus eight rating is huge. Bieksa also chipped in four assists and took a minor penalty. The even strength points are encouraging, but his lack of power play time is a concern going forward.

D Drew Doughty, Los Angeles Kings: We’ve been waiting for one of the NHL’s best defenders to become one of the best fake players for a while. Could this be the year? Doughty scored twice, on seven shots and had two power play points this week. His plus one rating, single helper and four penalty minutes filled out his stat line.

D Andrei Markov, Montreal Canadiens: Posting a plus four rating in any given week is a huge bonus for Fantasy owners. You’d like to get more than 5 shots and have Markov spend some time in the penalty box, but a power play point to go with his goal and two helpers is still a solid week.

D Shea Weber, Nashville Predators: Weber is usually a great category filler, but this week the 13 shots and six penalty minutes pushed him up the rankings. He also scored a goal on the Power Play and finished the week with an even plus minus rating.

D James Wisniewski, Columbus Blue Jackets: The Blue Jackets’ rearguard did his damage on the score sheet, with a goal and three helpers. He didn’t take a penalty and kept his plus minus at zero, but four points, one with the man advantage and 12 shots is excellent fake hockey for the week.
