On DraftStreet, there is a $100,000 cap, which is used for eight players; three forwards, three guards, a center, and a utility player. In terms of value, should a player cost $15,000, incredible value would be 45 fantasy points. Unlike other daily sites, playing for five times value is not the goal here, as it is nearly impossible to find on a consistent basis. As a $100K salary cap would yield about 225-255 fantasy points for a good night, the best value is normally 2.25 or higher. Anything above 2.25 is a great value.

If you have not played over at DraftStreet, be sure to check the scoring system first, as it varies from other sites. Head over to make your deposit and start playing tonight!

DraftStreet Scoring: PTS: 1 pt, REB: 1.25 pt, AST: 1.5 pt, TO: -1 pt, Missed FT: -0.5 pt, Missed FG: -0.5 pt, STL: 2 pt, BLK: 2pt.

There is an 11 game slate tonight in the NBA, and some good players could be had. Get your lineups in tonight. The Lakers play tonight, so there will be a lot of fantasy points scored.

Value Plays

Guard

Danny Green, SA ($6,415)

At first, I thought it was a typo, but indeed Danny Green is just $6.4K tonight. The Spurs do not have the easiest matchup tonight, as they face off against Portland, but Green needs just 15 fantasy points for great value. Since he is averaging 20 in his last six games, Green may be one of the hotter played in the DFS community tonight. Get him into your lineups and expect at least double his value, with upside for up to four times his value.

Forward

Terrence Jones, HOU ($8,639)

Jones faces the Lakers tonight and as you all know, that bodes well for any Rocket. With Jones only taking up $8.6K of your cap, great value is set at around 20 fantasy points. The break could not have come at a better time for Jones, and he will get back on track tonight with a great matchup. The Lakers are among the worst defensive teams in the NBA and rank just as bad in rebounding. Expect a double-double from Jones, which brings him to great value.

Center

Tyler Zeller, CLE ($9,950)

After last night, Zeller’s price sky-rocketed. But for good reason. If Anderson Varejao does not play again tonight, Zeller is a good option. Now, he will not be able to reach astronomical value like last night, but still could be in play for a double-double, which would give him good value. The low-priced centers that could be of value are rare tonight, so Zeller may be the safest play. Keep in mind, if Varejao plays, Zeller is not a good option. The Cavs take on the Magic tonight, which is a good matchup for Zeller.
