On DraftStreet, there is a $100,000 cap, which is used for eight players; three forwards, three guards, a center, and a utility player. In terms of value, should a player cost $15,000, incredible value would be 45 fantasy points. Unlike other daily sites, playing for five times value is not the goal here, as it is nearly impossible to find on a consistent basis. As a $100K salary cap would yield about 225-255 fantasy points for a good night, the best value is normally 2.25 or higher. Anything above 2.25 is a great value.

If you have not played over at DraftStreet, be sure to check the scoring system first, as it varies from other sites. Head over to make your deposit and start playing tonight!

DraftStreet Scoring: PTS: 1 pt, REB: 1.25 pt, AST: 1.5 pt, TO: -1 pt, Missed FT: -0.5 pt, Missed FG: -0.5 pt, STL: 2 pt, BLK: 2pt.

There is a seven-game slate today in the NBA. Get your lineups in as soon as possible.

Value Plays

Guard

Eric Maynor PHI ($4,319)

With a weaker slate, there are very few potential values at guard, but Maynor may be the savior for tonight as he is just over $4.3K. At that cap number, anything over 10 fantasy points would be good value. In the last two games, Maynor has played an average of 17 minutes, and in his last two games he has been able to contribute over 20 fantasy points. Should he reach that, he will be the best value at guard on DraftStreet. The Sixers take on the Magic tonight, who will not be able to completely stop the Sixers’ offensive pace.

Forward

Maurice Harkless ORL ($8,553)

In Harkless’ last game against the Sixers, he was able to accrue 17.75 fantasy points. Last night he was able to put up over 20 fantasy points. Look for Harkless to play well over 30 minutes against the Sixers tonight, and put up at least 18 fantasy points which is good value at forward.

Center

Steven Adams OKC ($5,734)

Once again, with a small slate there are not many centers to be had. But with Adams playing over 20 minutes per game, there is not a better value at center. At $5.7K, good value is anything over 12 fantasy points. Over his last two games, he has averaged that. With OKC facing off against the Bobcats, Adams could have himself a good night. If you can, find a safer option at center, but Adams is the best option for those going cheap.

Optimized Lineup

G – Eric Maynor PHI ($4,319)

G – Goran Dragic PHO ($16,224)

G – Lou Williams ATL ($9,390)

F – Maurice Harkless ORL ($8,553)

F – Taj Gibson CHI ($12,779)

F – Kawhi Leonard SA ($12,920)

C – Al Jefferson ($16,114)

U – Stephen Curry GS ($19,640)

Good luck tonight, and be sure to check the starting lineups before tip to be aware of any changes.
