Former Oakland Athletics slugger Jose Canseco shot his middle finger off while cleaning a gun, according to TMZ.  Now, the man who slipped by the steroid use most of his career and rape claims a year ago, will most likely no longer have a middle finger.
Jose’s fiancee Leila Knight told TMZ Sports he shot himself while sitting at a table cleaning his gun. The two were unaware the gun was loaded.
Canseco is currently being treated at the University Medical Center in Las Vegas, trying to salvage what is left of his finger.
